Pricing:

$75 - All residential flooring measures (single family home, apartments, condos, etc.). 

          This includes any and all options the customer may want worked up on initial measure. 

$50 - Any additional units within the same building, i.e. apartments, condos, on same day visit. For

          example, NorthStar Apartments has 3 units in building A, A104, A315, and A317 and 2 units in

          building B, B201 and B402 that need to be measured.

          Total cost is:

          A104 - $75, A315 - $50, A317 - $50

          B201 - $75, B402 - $50

          Total - $300

$50 - Any additional options/takeoffs that may come after initial options have been provided to sales

          personnel.

$75 - Main-street commercial and multifamily common areas to hallways. $75 for initial measure and

          main space, $50 for each additional space. Not to exceed $250. Examples of additional spaces

          could be but not limited to hallways, entryways, common rooms, patient areas, waiting areas,

          bathrooms, separate floors, etc.

$150 - Claim information gathering and documentation. For more information about this please call.

$50 - No show fee. A no show would be considered if a customer confirms appointment and fails to

          show up to appointment with out notice or if the customer cancels with the sales person and the

          message is not relayed to the measurer. If the customer cannot be reached to confirm

          appointment and fails to show, a no show fee will not be charged.

 

All measure requests received before 5 pm Monday through Friday will receive a same day call to customer to schedule appointment.

 

Sales person requesting measure will receive notification that the measure request has been received and once it has been scheduled with the date and time of the measure. Sales person will also receive notification if appointment changes or customer has not been able to be reached through repeated attempts.

Claim information gathering is not performed by a certified inspector. This is performed as a service to asses the situation, gather information, provide documentation and photographs to help submit claim information with manufacturer or distributor.
